By purchasing tickets or registering for events and workshops, you acknowledge that Superior Farms is a working farm with inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven ground, mud, livestock and other animals, insects, farm equipment, changing weather conditions, and other natural hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in activities on the property. By attending, you agree to release and hold harmless Superior Farms, its owners, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Parents and legal guardians accept these risks on behalf of any minors attending under their supervision. Guests are expected to follow all posted signage, staff instructions, and safety rules while on the property. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
